As a homeowner, your home is likely one of the largest financial assets you have and when it comes time to sell it is important that you find an agent who you like & trust, who is good at what they do (selling homes) and who cares about you. As a successful listing agent, my goal is always to build a good client/agent relationship, treat your property and your transaction as if it were my own, maximize your selling profit, minimize your property’s time on the market and ensure a pleasant selling experience for you during the entire process.

In addition to 9 years of real estate experience, a degree in business, indepth market knowledge, a myriad of real estate connections and unparalleled communication, I offer a strategic marketing plan to help secure a qualified buyer for the sale of your property. When selecting an agent to sell your home it is important that you ask them to explain what distinguishes them from other agents. Have them provide you with a list of references and client testimonials. Ask other questions such as what their list price to sales price ratio is and how long (on average) it takes them to sell their listings. In 2014 my listings sold for 97% of asking price with an average of only 84 days on the market! These figures even include my rural and land sales outside of Missoula which tend to take longer to sell.
